What is it that we will do to fill your open position that you can’t do?


For starters, we will talk to qualified candidates about you that won’t talk to you.


Here are a few reasons this is true:  

  • Pastors who are confidentially searching for a new ministry venue and do not want to ‘risk’ talking to a church are comfortable discussing their careers and options with us.
  • Each of our consultants has a network of networks.  Collectively we know more people and have more access to them than you do.
  • We will intentionally introduce ourselves daily to individuals on your behalf that you don’t know and that we don’t know.

We will also invest more hours in your search than you can.


Executive search is our job, all six of us.  Each of us will know the particulars of your search and will be mindful of the skill sets you need in every conversation we have.    Our cumulative efforts on your behalf will be exponentially greater than your part time effort.   

We will enable you to learn more about a candidate, and learn it faster, than you could on your own.


Our formal introduction of candidates to you can be accompanied by the amount of information that would take you two or three interviews to collect.  

While interviewing with you, candidates will openly discuss the questions and concerns with us that come up.  They don’t worry about giving us the wrong impression; they think out loud, they ask their questions, they speak their minds.  Often we are able to give them the answers they are looking for when they ask.  Other times we will call you and to find out what they need to know or schedule an appointment with you so they can ask you themselves.  Either way, both parties learn more about each other and have more confidence in what they know because an objective third party is involved.  

We are almost guaranteed to learn more from our referencing process of your candidates than you can, partly because of our skills in behavioral based interviewing and partly because of the magic of being a neutral third party.

Our goal is to introduce you to more qualified candidates, faster than you would otherwise talk to.
