The Shepherd's Staff has just been contacted by a senior pastor with an exceptional background in church growth.  He has led 2 congregations over the past 10 years and has seen significant growth in each location.  He is looking for a senior pastor position in the Southwest United States.  He currently leads a multi-staff situation in a church with over 2400 people in attendance on Sunday morning.  His exceptional leadership skills are what set him apart as a senior man and he carries with him an obvious hunger in his own personal walk with the Lord.  He has a charasmatic background and is looking for a church that is open to that type of leadership.  If you are interested please contact Rick Parks.
